Writing was never the plan. The plan was to build organizations, fix systems, and close the gap between what mission-driven leaders want to do and what they're actually equipped to do. But somewhere along the way I realized that the best system for scaling knowledge isn't a consulting engagement, it's a book.

A consulting engagement serves one client. A book serves thousands. A children's book series changes how an entire generation thinks about science, building, and problem-solving. A fiction novel reaches people who'd never read a business book but who need to see their own complexity reflected on the page.

So, I write, not because I ran out of things to do, but because writing is the most scalable form of impact I've found. Every title in the catalog exists because there was a gap in the literature: kids who needed STREAM books with characters who looked like them, nonprofit leaders who needed practical frameworks instead of theory, and readers who wanted fiction that doesn't insult their intelligence.

I publish through my own imprints, Dream To Print, because I believe authors should control their work. No gatekeepers. No compromises. Just stories and strategies that serve the reader.
