How It Started. Where It's Going.

Most people in the social impact space start with passion. I started with a spreadsheet. Not because the mission did not matter. It mattered more than anything. But because I had seen too many good organizations collapse under the weight of heart without infrastructure.

For more than 25 years, I have worked on every side of the equation. Grant writer. Evaluator. Trainer. Strategist. I have watched organizations chase funding without a plan, hire without systems, and grow without a roadmap. What became clear is that the real gap was never passion or purpose. It was the operational architecture required to make purpose sustainable.

That gap is what Impctrs Management Group was built to solve. Not a firm that diagnoses problems and disappears, but a strategic partner that builds the systems, secures the funding, develops the enterprises, and integrates the technology required to scale with intention.

Today, I lead a portfolio of mission driven companies that collectively address consulting, education, staffing, publishing, and AI implementation. I have personally secured more than $55 million in grant funding, trained over 15,000 learners, authored seven books across multiple sectors, and built the infrastructure behind organizations ready to move from survival to scale.

And this work is just getting started.

Expanded Impctrs Management Group into AI enabled strategy and implementation. Actively pursuing accreditation pathways for Skhillz Academy and Impctrs University. Developing fiction and nonfiction works under the name Tracy V. Allen or T.V. Allen.

The Person Behind the Portfolio

I run five companies, host two podcasts, write children's books and fiction, and spend an unreasonable amount of time thinking about how to make AI actually useful for organizations that can't afford a six-figure tech budget.

I'm a builder. That's the through-line across everything I do — whether it's building a curriculum for K-12, a grant strategy for a $2M proposal, or a SaaS tool for nonprofits that need better data. The medium changes. The impulse doesn't.

I care about the gap between what mission-driven organizations want to do and what they're actually equipped to do. That gap is where I live. And closing it — with systems, with strategy, with technology, with sheer operational rigor — is the work I'll be doing for the rest of my career.
